Refund Policy

This policy governs all refund and billing dispute requests for QRForge subscriptions. If you have a billing question, please contact billing@qrforge.link — we aim to respond within one business day.

1. General Policy

All fees paid to QRForge are non-refundable except as expressly set out in this policy or as required by applicable law. This applies to all subscription tiers — Starter, Pro, Agency, and Enterprise.

By subscribing to QRForge, you acknowledge that:

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws, including EU consumer protection legislation.

2. Monthly Subscriptions

2.1 Cancellation

You may cancel a monthly subscription at any time via your account settings or by contacting support@qrforge.link. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month. You retain full access to your plan features until the period expires.

2.2 Refunds

Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing period has commenced. We do not provide prorated refunds for unused days within a billing period.

2.3 Free Trials

If a free trial is offered and you cancel before the trial expires, no charge will be made. If you fail to cancel before the trial expires, you will be charged the full monthly subscription fee for the first billing period. This charge is non-refundable unless a billing error occurred.

3. Annual Subscriptions

3.1 Cancellation

You may cancel an annual subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your access continues until the end of the paid annual period. You will not be charged for the following year.

3.2 Refunds Within 14 Days

For annual subscriptions, we offer a 14-day refund window from the date of the initial annual payment. If you cancel within 14 days of your first annual payment and have not materially used the Service during that period, you may request a full refund. This window applies only to the first annual payment and does not apply to renewals.

3.3 Renewals

Annual subscription renewals are non-refundable. We will send a renewal reminder no less than 7 days before your annual renewal date to the email address registered on your account. It is your responsibility to cancel before the renewal date if you do not wish to continue.

3.4 Downgrade Credit

If you downgrade from an annual plan to a lower-tier plan, we do not issue refunds for the difference. At our sole discretion, we may apply account credit toward a future invoice.

4. Billing Errors

If you believe you have been charged incorrectly — including duplicate charges, charges after cancellation, or charges for an incorrect amount — please contact billing@qrforge.link within 30 days of the charge date.

We will investigate and, where a billing error is confirmed, issue a full refund of the erroneous amount within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

Outside of the cases described above, refunds may be granted at our sole discretion in exceptional circumstances, including but not limited to:

Exceptional circumstance refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Submitting a request does not guarantee approval. To submit a request, contact billing@qrforge.link with supporting documentation.

6. EU Consumer Rights

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have a statutory right of withdrawal under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU). You may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of purchase without providing a reason.

Important: By starting to use the QRForge Service immediately after purchase, you expressly acknowledge that the Service is provided to you immediately and that you may lose your right of withdrawal once the Service has been fully performed. For annual subscriptions, we honor a 14-day refund window as described in Section 3.2 above.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, send a clear written statement to billing@qrforge.link before the 14-day period expires. We will confirm receipt and process any eligible refund within 14 days using the same payment method as the original transaction.

Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by this policy. If you have concerns about our compliance with consumer protection legislation, you may contact your local consumer protection authority or, in the EU, submit a complaint via the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.

7. How to Request a Refund

  1. Email billing@qrforge.link from the email address registered on your QRForge account.
  2. Include your account email, the charge date, the amount in question, and a brief reason for your request.
  3. We will acknowledge your request within 1 business day and may ask for additional information.
  4. Once reviewed, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

All refund requests are handled via email only. We cannot process refund requests submitted through social media, live chat, or third-party platforms.

Refund timing to your card or bank account depends on your financial institution and may vary. Payments processed via LemonSqueezy are subject to LemonSqueezy's refund processing terms.
